FAQ'S
How long will my order take to arrive?
All our items are handmade to order and require a 7 – 10 working day lead time before being dispatched. We try to keep this to a minimum.
Printed items generally require less lead time and may be dispatched earlier. Orders are sent off twice a week on a Monday and Thursday.
Our courier will deliver within 2 – 5 working days, depending on your location.
How much will delivery cost?
We charge a flat rate of R65 per order and deliver nationwide.
Can i send an order as a gift?
Yes! In the notes box at checkout, let us know who the gift is for and a message you’d like to include. We’ll send the parcel off with a handwritten note from you. When entering your info, don’t forget to select “ship to a different address” and enter the details of the recipient.
RETURN POLICY
Do you accept returns?
All products are made to order, so returns are not available for change of mind purchases. If you’re unsure about a product, please contact us with any questions before making your purchase.
If a product is faulty when it arrives, please contact us directly and we will arrange a replacement, once we have inspected the item.
